TJ Roehl & Associates was originally founded in 1983. As the sole proprietor of the business, Tom Roehl was an active, energetic and passionate planner and project manger on Whidbey Island. He dedicated many hours of his time to various planning committees and community organizations and was instrumental in the development of Whidbey Island.
Unfortunately, in 2003 Tom passed way. At the time none of his family members were in a situation that would allow them to continue the business and it was subsequently dissolved. After careful consideration, his son Noah U Roehl has restarted the business as TJ Roehl & Associates LLC. Noah plans to continue his father’s active and energetic planning spirit that was central to the business for so many years.

the new face
For Noah, restarting TJ Roehl & Associates LLC was a mix of personal choice, education, and professional experience. After years of working with his father, he developed a strong interest in community planning and development and . Upon completion of his undergraduate degree from Pacific Lutheran University, Noah found many opportunities to involve himself in different community planning and development projects. He spent 2 years working with a small school in a Seattle community and 2 years leading a community business development program in Tacoma. He decided to go back to graduate school and while earning his Master Degree in Urban Planning and Real Estate development, continued to stay involved in a number of planning and development projects around the Northwest.
